We do not sell, trade, or transfer your server insights. We only process data in trusted service environments to ensure uninterrupted bot functionality, or when strictly required by Discord Trust & Safety and legal mandates.

We deploy modern encryption schemas to secure all operations. Access to sensitive server environment variables is strictly gated to authorized engineering terminals only.
5. Data Retention
Stored data is kept temporarily. Payment logs adhere to local financial compliance requirements, while transient bot logs (such as command usage errors) are wiped every 14–30 days to strictly minimize our digital footprint inside your community.
6. Your Rights
You may request full removal of your data from our active databases by opening a request through our Discord Support Server.
