1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Night Discord Bot Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Night provides Discord bot rental services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered chatbots with GPT integrations
• Music streaming algorithms and bots
• Server administration and moderation utilities
• Gaming and entertainment bots
• Custom Discord bot architecture development

3. User Responsibilities

Users are strictly responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and server information
• Maintaining the security of their server credentials
• Using our infrastructure in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not leveraging Night architecture for illegal or harmful activities

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are securely processed. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds may be provided at administrative discretion for unused bandwidth within 7 days of initial deployment or purchase.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for our core services. However, uninterrupted service cannot be entirely guaranteed due to third-party dependencies (such as Discord API outages) and required maintenance windows.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for conduct that aggressively violates these Terms or is harmful to standard server ecosystems.
